Real Estate Dynamics, Inc. a Billings company formed by Chuck Platt & Tim Hudson, Diamond Realtors and Blake Laughlin, Laughlin Construction, was presented the “Duh, It’s the Right Thing To Do!” award by Montana Fair Housing in recognition for their development and marketing of King’s Green Subdivision.  The King’s Green Affordable Housing Project is a Public/Private Partnership between the City of Billings Community Development Department and Real Estate Dynamics.  The 1st Phase of 10 houses was completed in 2005 and the 2nd Phase of 15 homes has just started.
