About Bob Pulley

Bob’s people skills have been developed through the years beginning with his four years in the US Air Force and four years at Eastern Montana College, earning a BA in Business and Psychology, and the nearly 20 years owning and operating different businesses including bars, restaurants, casinos, a nightclub, and also owning and operating a vending and video/poker/keno route. Bob is experienced with residential and commercial real estate including lots and acreages, homes, multi-family, commercial, industrial and investment properties as well as IRC 1031 exchanges. His specialty is with bars, restaurants and casinos. His experience owning and operating these types of businesses, his knowledge of the industry and many of the people in it, and his knowledge and experience working with of the State of Montana Revenue and Justice Departments serve as a great benefit for Bob’s clients whether buying or a selling.
