King’s Green Subdivision 2nd Filing
(a Public/Private Partnership) between the City of Billings and Real Estate Dynamics, Inc.(Chuck Platt, Tim Hudson & Blake Laughlin) to develop 48 Affordable Single Family Homes on City owned property between Washington and Jackson Streets along I-90. All the homes were constructed on one-level, built with a monolithic slab on grade.
First Time Homebuyers
The project was built using three designs (2, 3 & 4 BR homes) using in floor radiant heat, and stained concrete flooring. The homes were set back from the interstate and buffered with landscaping. It uses a variety of funding sources designed for First Time Homebuyers. The project involved 48 homes done in four phases.
