Construction company owned equally by Chuck Platt and Jerry Neumann. We initially purchased 21 bank owned lots in Laurel Willow Creek Subdivision and later purchased lots in the Briarwood Subdivision and some Tax Deed Lots in Castlewood. We designed and built Custom Homes. We started in Willow Creek Subdivision and due to the soil conditions were limited to building One Level and Split Entry Homes.
Yellowstone County through 2000
We built homes in various locations in Billings, Laurel and around Yellowstone County through 2000. Homes were built on our own lots and lots owned by clients. We concentrated on providing excellent design in cost effective homes.
Many of our clients were 1st Time Homebuyers and were able to purchase homes with the assistance from the City of Billings, MBOH and other programs designed for home ownership.
