For seventy five years my father and I owned and operated the Reno Club in Billings, Montana. During that time my father, Bob Blair started the Montana Tavern Association. For 60 years following, the members lobbyied the Montana Legislature every two years to protect the Quota System on liquor licences, along with every issue involving the liquor and gaming industry. My family worked to keep the value of licenses an important part of the many facits of our business.
